Janell Smith’s 16 Points Leads MCC

MANCHESTER, CT – Sophomore Janell Smith (Malone, New York) scored a career-high 16 points to lead Manchester CC (2-3) to a 72-23 victory over visiting Northern Essex CC (0-4)Saturday afternoon.
Freshman Kayla Facey (Winsdor) also had a career high with 13 points while Arianna Rivera (Manchester) added 12 points. Haley Cole (Hebron) and Kailee Doerfler (Tolland) had ten points appiece.
Jessica Goulet led Northern Essex with 12 points.
MCC hosts UConn-Avery Point Monday, December 3rd at 6PM.
