All tutoring sessions will be held online. After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to join the Microsoft Teams meeting, where student and tutor meet one-on-one for tutoring.

- Students are allowed two tutoring appointments per week for each course you are enrolled in.
Appointments should NOT be made back-to-back for the same subject.
Cancellations must be made at least two hours prior to the appointment. You can cancel your appointment by “Manage Booking” in your appointment confirmation email.
It’s easy to make an appointment with the Academic Support Center. The video will answer any questions you may have about the scheduling process. Students may also send an email from your MCC student email account with a tutoring request to email@example.com and a tutor will reply by email to arrange how to connect. Include name, Banner ID, course and preferred tutor name (if you have a preference).
