The CSCU Online Help Desk is your portal to IT support. The portal is the preferred method to make a request, report a problem, view your incidents and search the self-help articles.
For all student requests/issues, please go to https://cscu.edusupportcenter.com, which is available 24/7/365. If you are unable to use the online help desk, please call 860-723-0221, which is also staffed 24/7/365.
Faculty and Staff
For all faculty and staff requests/issues, please go to https://cscu.service-now.com/sp/.
If unable to use the online help desk, faculty can call 860-723-0221, 24/7/365; staff should call 860-512-3456 and leave a detailed message with a call back number. The call will be returned during normal business hours.
Help Desk Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday: Closed
