Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in an academic field closely related to the position's specialty, together with one to four years of related experience. In addition, applicants are required to have a significant understanding of undergraduate academic admissions requirements, demonstrated knowledge and competence of outreach services for student recruitment, experience with student advising and enrollment processing. Experience with international students admission process. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, supervisory, communication, team-building and information technology literacy skills essential.
An understanding of, and commitment to, the mission of the community college; a demonstrated ability to respond to and work with multiple constituencies; and involvement in support of a culturally and ethnically diverse population are essential.

ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Director of Strategic Enrollment Management, the incumbent performs a full range of admissions advising, international student admissions and management, and student recruiting services.
The position also performs enrollment operations services to facilitate the effective processing of student enrollment applications. All these services support the accountability to attract and retain sufficient numbers of students with appropriate academic preparations to meet the college's enrollment standards and goals and to provide professional guidance to students on academic programs best suited to their capabilities and career goals. Incumbent is required to have extensive cooperative and collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, the public and with professionals in peer organizations.
The Associate Director may be required to serve on assigned committees and/or task forces and attend commencement ceremonies, department and special meetings, and state-mandated trainings. In addition, some late evenings and weekend will be required.
Minimum Salary/Compensation$65,301 approximate annual, plus excellent state-supported fringe benefits. 35-hours per week.
