General Policies for Reserving iPads

Please include date(s) needed, CRN and classroom location when making reservations.
  • Same-day reservations will not be honored.
  • The iPad cart/iPads can only be used on campus and should be picked up from the Library and Educational Technology staff in the Library.
  • Free apps can be added by request, following a review by Educational Technology staff; one week notice is required when requesting installation of apps. Submit free app installation requests to the Sandbox.
  • iPads from the carts will not be checked out individually to students or faculty, though it is possible to reserve only a portion of the cart. Please include information regarding the number of iPads you will need in your reservation request.
  • The iPad cart may be borrowed for one day, but you can reserve multiple dates at once depending on availability.

  • The cart should not be left unlocked and unattended in a classroom.
