Hotel-Tourism Management

In MCC’s hotel-tourism programs, students learn about the industry through a mix of courses that emphasize the principles of effective management and the roles food and tourism play in hospitality. Skills are practiced by setting up and operating a simulated “front of the house” and analyzing various food preparation, marketing and sales techniques used in the industry.
