MCC’s Classical Cuisine Dinner Supports the College’s Hospitality Student Clubs and Competition Teams
Students from MCC’s award-winning culinary arts program will prepare and serve a seven-course gourmet meal featuring gravlax and caviar, roasted beet borscht, short rib of beef stroganov, lemon sorbet, fish, and bird’s milk cake for dessert.
Spring courses are viewable online, and academic advising services are available. New students must apply and attend new student orientation before they are eligible for registration.
Professor Patrick Sullivan published an opinion piece, “Shaping the Public Narrative about Teaching and Learning,” in the Summer/Fall 2017 issue of the Association of American Colleges and Universities Liberal Education. His piece makes a case for the “moral and professional responsibility to help shape the public narrative about learning and education in the United States.” 11.20.17
