Students can pursue associate degrees in culinary arts, foodservice management and hotel-tourism management. Certificates in culinary arts, hotel-tourism and professional baker are also available. Both the culinary arts and foodservice management associate in science degree programs have been granted exemplary status by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF). This distinction is a guarantee to students that their program has met or exceeded the standards set by the ACF Accrediting Commission and the foodservice industry. Graduates from this program may apply to the American Culinary Federation (ACF) to become a Certified Cook, a nationally recognized certification.
The information session will start in the Cheney Dining Room on the second floor of the Student Services Center; a tour will be included.
