Gourmet Classical Dinner

MCC kept the holiday spirit going with a Classical Italian Dinner Tuesday, November 29, in the dining room of the college’s Culinary Arts Center. Students from MCC’s culinary arts programs prepared and served a gourmet meal featuring antipasto, pasta, zuppa, primo, platto di mezzo, insalada and dulce courses to some 90 guests. This was the first year that the students prepared an Italian meal, and reviews were stellar. Proceeds from the dinner will support participation of the college’s culinary and ice-carving teams in local and regional competitions.
