Tails of Joy 2016
May 3, 2016
On May 3 and May 4, the MCC Library and Disability Services co-sponsored a visit from Tails of Joys therapy dogs. These specially trained dogs help students (and faculty!) cope with the physical and mental stress of preparing for exams. Visiting dogs included a 12-year-old black Labrador named Duncan, a 10-year-old Golden Retriever and a 5-year-old Welsh Springer Spaniel. Dozens of students spent time petting and taking “selfies” with the dogs. This is the second semester that the therapy dogs have visited the MCC campus.
