The play explores the story of college student Matthew Shepard, who was tied to a fence and severely beaten in 1988. He died six days later. Directed by Gloria Trombley and Debi Freund of MCC, the play features the community where one of the most vicious hate crimes in U.S. history occurred. Intermission will feature Wyoming-inspired food from MCC's own culinary arts students.
