The talk begins at 10 a.m. and, following it, Mr. Quinn will demonstrate is technique using a portable forge in the metals studio (AST D133), from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Following the National Issues Forum’s Deliberative Dialogue process, small groups will exchange and weigh ideas and opinions about the issue with a goal of understanding its complexities and developing an informed opinion.
