He will discuss not only their masterful work, but also their powerful words and colorful lifestyles. This will be a fast-paced presentation that promises to be both informative and entertaining. The event is open to the public. The artist worked as a builder and cabinetmaker before turning to printmaking full time in 1995. He is self-taught in the method, which is a non-toxic approach developed during the 18th and 19th centuries using rice paste, pigments and water.
