College Career Pathways Application Instructions

  1. Use the link provided by your Counselor to access the online application. Using Internet Explorer is not recommended.
  2. The link will guide you to the Create an Account, which will house the application.
    1. An account must be created to complete the application.
    2. Important: Please do not use your school email address when creating the account.
    3. If you have completed a General Admissions application, contact Mariah Thomas – MThomas@manchestercc.edu, for assistance.
  3. Enter all required fields of the Contact Information.
  4. Under High School 1, begin typing your school’s name. When you see the school’s name, select and the school will be added.
  5. Once High School 1 information is in place, you will be prompted to enter your School Counselor’s information, as well as current GPA. All fields are required.
  6. Under College, select Manchester CC as college of choice.
  7. Under Entry Term, select CCP 2021-2022 – MCC.
  8. Under Student Type, select College Career Pathways.
  9. Create and verify your account password under Account Information. Be sure to write your password down, as you will need the password to enter your application account! Click Create Account once password is verified to begin the application. Information provided under Create Account will autofill into the application.
  10. To move through each section of the application, click Save & Continue at the bottom of each section.
  11. Under Academics, select CCP 2021-2022 – MCC as the Start Term* and CCP High School as the Admit Type*.
  12. Under Parent/Guardian, enter your parent/guardian’s information. This section must be completed with your Parent/Guardian, as Electronic Signature and Signature Date are required.
  13. Answer the Attestation questions and submit the Electronic Signature and Signature Date, then Submit Application. If you would like to review the information provided first, select Preview Before Submission.
  14. When the application is submitted, you will be directed to My Account dashboard. All of the submitted applications, upcoming events and other related information will be available here. Select View under the application Action to access Supplemental Items & Documents.
  15. Select Supplemental Items & Documents to access the Parental Support and School Counselor Verification. Both items must be received to accept application.
  16. The School Counselor Verification is below. Enter all fields and click Submit Request.
  17. The Parent Support is below. Enter all fields and click Submit Request.
  18. When the Recommendation Requests are sent:
    1. The Recommender’s names will appear.
    2. The Status will change from None to Sent.
    3. The Status Date will appear; this is the date the recommendations were generated.
    4. The Action will change from Start to Cancel.
  19. School Counselors will receive the automated email below. Select Accept the Recommendation to give permission for the applicant to participate in the High School Partnership Program.
  20. Enter all required fields of the Recommendation and Submit Recommendation. The decision will then be uploaded to the application.
  21. Parent/Guardians will receive the automated email below. Select Accept the Recommendation to give permission for the application to participate in the High School Partnership Program or Decline the Recommendation to disallow the application to participate in the High School Partnership Program.
    1. If you accept the recommendation, the following will appear. Enter all required fields and click Submit Recommendation.
    2. If you decline the recommendation, the following will appear. Enter all required fields and click Submit Recommendation.
  22. As recommendations are received, the information under Supplemental Items & Documents will update. No further Action is required when the application is completed. When all required items are received, the application will be accepted by the Admissions Team!
