Welcome to the Fitness Center. Our mission is to provide a place on campus for students, staff and faculty to improve their overall health and wellness. Our facility is open to MCC credit-earning students, faculty and staff (membership required.) The center is used for credit and non-credit courses and also serves as laboratory space for the Health and Exercise Science program.

Full Body Functional Training w/ Diligence Training: Monday and Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.; Tuesdays, 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Personal Training Sessions w/ Diligence Training: Thursday and Friday, 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Circuit Training w/ Carolyn Rivers: Tuesdays, 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m.
