Walk-in math tutoring is an alternative to an individual tutor appointment in math.
Students can:
- Drop by for help on specific math homework problems or math concepts
- Work on math homework until assistance from a tutor is needed
- Work collaboratively with other students
No appointment is necessary for Walk-In Math Tutoring.

Walk-In Math tutors will not assist individual students over a long period of time, but will offer feedback and answer specific questions. Tutors may work with multiple students simultaneously or in small groups.
Tutors will also be available to direct students to appropriate resources. If the walk-in math tutor believes that a student would benefit more from an individual tutoring appointment, the student will be referred to the ASC front desk to make an appointment.
The Academic Support Center recommends that students come prepared.
