Welcome to the Fitness Center. Our mission is to provide a place on campus for students, staff and faculty to improve their overall health and wellness. Our facility is open to MCC credit-earning students, faculty and staff (membership required.) The center is used for credit and credit-free courses and also serves as laboratory space for the Health and Exercise Science program (HES).
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
